Returns

Returns are accepted only for wrong, damaged, defective, or significantly misdescribed products. Change-of-mind returns or incorrect selections are not accepted.

Return Conditions

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
• Products must be unused and in original condition, where applicable.
• Prior approval is required for all returns.

Refunds

Approved returns may qualify for a replacement or refund of the eligible product amount. Refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is our responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, worn, or altered hair accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
